WOW WOW WOW! We're probably one of the few growers in North America to have had the privilege of working with this one. Finest from Kulpa. Grew really well for us. Purple red with purple eye zone above a yellow green throat, petals edged with yellow white shark's teeth. Easily fertile both ways. Grew super well and bloomed exactly like on the main pix. Easy parent to work with. We crossed it with toothy cultivars like Mary Kathryn's Delight, Black Wolf, Battle of the Ages and Bob and Linda Giuliani. According to Gossard: "Flowers are rich black wine with a huge yellow green edge and yellow green throat. Some days, Spacecoast Vader's Saber can be near black. This is one of John's favorites. OH WHAT A BEAUTY!!! Opens great for us even in bad and cold weather. Most of the times, it's slightly darker than compared with Emmerich's pix. Nothing wrong with that! We're convinced it'll be nominated as the best of the best in a near future and get the Stout Medal. Mark our words... Magenta, icy lilac watermark, lilac plus ivory edge. From Emmerich: "Good opener into the low 60's (not great below that), no spotting, scapes fabulous in the GH so should be higher branching going South. Nice foliage.
