From Korth: "The dominant feature in the flower is the large lavender eye that extends to the wide edge. Around the eye is a band of violet mirrored in the edge. The cream petal color is quite small but accents the other colors. In the garden, Celestial Waters is a little shorter than most of our plants making it an ideal plant for the border edge.
