From Gossard: "Flowers of Burnin' Down The Town are light red with dark black purple eye zone and feathered reddish, green throat. A very unusual color combination. Grew it at back of property where it was not taken care of and performed very well. It caught my attention every time I went by it. Bloomed some very nice patterns from it. From Gossard: "Atomic Inferno is a very intense 8 ½” sun fast orange red flower with a large grass green throat. It is the most intense red color I have seen in a daylily. Flowers are purple and lighter rose-purple eye and green throat. Sepals and petals are covered in white teeth, hooks, tentacles, and fangs. This is my favorite and best to date. I know of no other narrow with teeth that comes even close to Alligator Alley. As you study the flower, the number of teeth is amazing. If you’re breeding for narrow toothy daylilies or undefinable types, this is a must have. My genetics line up very well with the undefinable type daylilies. Incredible parent and garden cultivar.
