From the hybridizers: "Flowers are grape purple with blue-purple patterned eye, green throat, and whiteteeth. Our star of the year, we have been working on broken patterned toothy daylilies. We have several this year. Past parents of Spacecoast New World Vision have a powerhouse of patterned converted genetics Tet. Texas Kaleidoscope, Tet. Colorful Etchings, Tet. Crystal Blue Persuasion, Tet. Elfin Etching, Tet. Blue Moon Rising, Tet. Siloam Virginia Henson, Tet. Exotic Echo, Tet. Priscilla's Rainbow, and tetra Lavender Blue baby to name a few. The second flower photo below shows the pattern the best. Spacecoast New World Vision when crossed to other patterned toothy daylilies takes the offspring to the next level. Nowhere else can you get these genetics. It is a very good garden cultivar for the late season. Excellent plant habit, branching and bud count makes for a grand garden plant as well as hybridizing parent." Semi-evergreen. 29 buds. Pix from hybridizers.Additional information

From Emmerich: "Dark lavender pink; cranberry etched lavender eye; cranberry plus lavender plus ivory edge; chartreuse throat that extends onto the sepals. As you can see, the color can vary and sometimes it has an ivory pattern. Because it looks different almost every day, the word “indescribable” seemed an apt part of its name, and is why I am showing so many pictures of it here. Fertile both ways but setting a pod on it can be difficult." Semi-Evergreen. 22 buds. Pix from ADS's database.Additional information

An early-early season bloomer with reliable rebloom on evergreen foliage, it showcases a luxurious purple base accented by a vivid violet-blue eye, finely outlined in deep purple above a glowing green throat. From Korth: "Deep burgundy with green throat and bright gold edge. (Pinewood Sledgehammer x Benjamin Andrew) Pinewood Sledgehammer is our 2024 introduction that introduced converted tetraploid genetics (T. Rose F. Kennedy) into our Velvet Hammer lines. Pinewood Sledgehammer is an impressive flower, but it is slow to increase and will not be available for sale for several years. Benjamin Andrew is typically sold out as well. Benny’s Hammer is a good chance to get the genetics from these two fabulous flowers. While not as large as either parent, Benny’s Hammer has a rich color that surpasses Pinewood Sledgehammer and is more consistent in opening and appearance than Benjamin Andrew. As a hybridizing plant, Benny’s Hammer is pod and pollen fertile. We saw an outstanding seedling from Benny’s Hammer in the summer of 2025. In the garden, Benny’s Hammer produced numerous beautiful flowers on fine scapes. It was quite a show-off in 2025. We are confident that people will enjoy Benny’s Hammer in their garden and if used for hybridizing, they will be rewarded with beautiful seedlings." Dormant. 23 buds. From Korth: "Cream petals, lavender eye with purple outline around green throat. The edge matches the eye pattern but is rimmed with pale gold. (Healing Waters x (Inviting Romance x (Blue Ambition x Jacob’s Well))) x Celestial Water) Cascade Falls is our first introduction out of our Celestial Waters. In comparison, Cascade Falls is taller, larger, and has a bigger edge than its parent. The form frequently has pinched petals giving it a “wild” look and reminded us of a cascading waterfall. In the garden, Cascade Falls provides an abundance of fancy flowers on good scapes. The flowers open well and have good substance. The clear color and form make Cascade Falls easily recognizable in the garden. Cascade Falls has shown itself to be a fine parent. We should have used it more as the limited breeding we have done with it has yielded some wonderful seedlings. The form and large edge are passed on to many of its offspring. Pod and pollen fertile." From Korth: "Rose red with pale rose watermark around green throat. Petals are edged with ruffled gold. (Harold Steen x Pinewood Sledgehammer) Harold’s Hammer is a result of crossing two of our outstanding introductions. The result is a beautiful flower with excellent performance. The appearance is similar to the slow growing and sold-out Pinewood Sledgehammer. The flower on Harold’s Hammer is a little smaller but is still a large flower at 6.5″. It opened great in the summer of 2025 and with good scapes, we knew it was time to introduce it. We have records of success using Harold’s Hammer as a pod parent, but we have not done a good job exploring it to its full potential. That is too bad for us because this plant has powerful genetics that should be put to use. With Tet. Rose F. Kennedy as a grandparent and the fabulous Harold Steen as the pod parent, big edges and a variety of colors await those who would use this plant for hybridizing." Dormant. 26 buds.
