Sorry, too popular. Still one of our favourites. WHAT A STUNNER!!! Glittering yellow-gold melon with pink blend. For us, blooms constantly from July well into September. Fragrant flowers on evergreen plants. Doubles up on pretty much all flowers. -

I love Absolute Ripper but one of the problems using it as a parent is its scapes fall over in the kids. Spacecoast Jaws has huge thick scapes that never fall or even lean. Sepals and petals are edged in claws, fangs, teeth, and tentacles. The color of the teeth can vary depending upon position. They can be gold, green, and white. Has a yellow green throat. And it is a dormant. Has a lot of eyed daylilies in its background. Great parent for hybridizing for patterned eyes and teeth which are also patterned. When I lined it out in September it was still sending up rebloom scapes. A super garden and hybridizing daylily. It starts blooming mid late season and can go all the way until frost." Dormant. SINGLE FAN AT THIS TIME. A peach-pink blend with a large and very heavy ruffled and toothy gold-chartreuse edge above a vivid green throat. Culver said about it: "From the day this daylily first showed its maiden bloom, PHYLLIS MITCHELL was picked as something special in our hybridizing program. PHYLLIS MITCHELL is being used extensively to put fancy edges into our lines. The plant is a very vigorous, healthy grower that bounces back from dividing exceptionally well.
